You or the entity you represent can access Workpex CRM, a customer relationship management service, through the relevant Workpex entity. By using Workpex CRM, you agree to its terms and conditions and the Workpex general terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using Workpex CRM.
Accessing Workpex
Workpex CRM is one of the many online collaboration, business, and productivity applications offered by Workpex. You can easily access Workpex CRM with your standard Workpex Account, which grants you access to all Workpex Services.
Accessing Third Party Applications Integrated With Workpex
Workpex CRM is integrated with various Third Party Applications, and more will be added in the future. You can also integrate any other Third Party Application with Workpex CRM using the API if it allows such integration. However, please note that accessing and using Third Party Applications may require acceptance of their terms of service and privacy policy, which you should read and understand before using any Third Party Application.
Email Policy
At Workpex CRM, we strongly support the appropriate use of email. If your email bounce rate surpasses an acceptable threshold, your account will be restricted from sending additional emails. It is essential to adhere to our Anti-Spam Policy guidelines when sending commercial emails through our platform.
Our team is committed to maintaining a safe and secure system by preventing unlawful activities. We utilize automated tools to monitor all emails sent through Workpex CRM to ensure optimal customer deliverability and uphold our reputation. Telephony Functionality

In the event that you reach a usage limit for a specific action, Workpex may have to restrict that activity.
Usage Limits
At Workpex, there may be limits on the amount of usage allowed, such as the number of calls, records per call, bandwidth usage, and call frequency. To ensure uninterrupted service, it is important to follow the usage limits set by Workpex. An activity may be restricted if the usage limit is reached. If the usage limits are exceeded before or during an API call, it may result in a failed or partially executed call.
Modification of Terms of Use
Please note that Workpex may make changes to its CRM Terms of Use. Any modifications to these terms will become effective as soon as you use Workpex CRM following the publication of the updated terms.
